Cosmetic care is a very personal thing and here at Lipstick Empire LaserSpa Edmonton, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your experience. Our fully trained staff of Medical Aestheticians and Laser Technicians work with each of our clients to develop a personalized treatment plan unique to their needs.
Justine has been a Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician for over 10 years. She opened her first Spa in Edmonton in 2011 when she was 23 years old. Justine then went on to pursue a career in Dermatology working for the President of Dermatology in Canada. Her vast knowledge of the industry has made her a leader and a top advisor in the Medical Aesthetics world. Justine started Lipstick Empire in 2013 as a Cosmetic Consulting Company and then decided to open a brick and mortar store in the heart of Edmonton with the most advanced Lasers and Skincare on the market. In December of 2015, Justine launched Lipstick Empire LaserSpa. It is her life’s work and her passion.
Kortney’s career began in the Fitness Industry, after completing her Personal Fitness Trainer certification at NAIT. She then worked in education for several years before coming to Lipstick Empire in 2020 as our Beauty Concierge and deciding to transition her career into the aesthetics industry. Kortney completed her Clinical Aesthetician training in March 2021 and has since also become certified in Laser Hair Removal and Body Contouring. She is eager to continue learning and perfecting her craft and cannot wait to share her passion and knowledge for skincare and beauty!
Lindsay always new she wanted to have a career that was around people. She graduated from NAIT in 2015 with an EMR Diploma. When she realized that career path was not for her, she transitioned to nursing and throughout this time worked in Retail. As she took a step back from her education, she decided she wanted to pursue her true love; The beauty industry. She became a Certified Makeup Artist through Eveline Charles Academy in 2018 and worked as a Makeup Artist for 5 years. After years of working in Cosmetics, she realized she wanted to take the next step in her career, and help people in ways that are deeper than makeup. She went to European Institute of Esthetics and graduated with her Medical Aesthetician Diploma in November 2021. Lindsay has finally found her path and is so excited for the future in this expanding Beauty world. She is so eager to learn everything beauty, she even took extra classes outside of skincare at EIE to expand her knowledge. Lipstick Empire is Lindsay’s next step in her career and she is so excited to share her love for the industry and to help Lipstick Empire clients feel beautiful from within.
Kourtnee is a passionate aesthetician dedicated to skincare and helping clients achieve their best selves. Graduating with an advanced esthetics diploma from Eveline Charles Academy in 2019, Kourtnee has since been committed to expanding her knowledge and staying ahead of the latest advancements in skincare, body contouring and laser treatments.
Kourtnee’s approach focuses on personalized care that enhances natural beauty and boosts confidence. Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys camping, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog Orion.

Zena has always had a passion for everything beauty, this passion led her to taking it further to make a career out of it. She completed her aesthetics course at Evelyn Charles Academy and received her diploma in advanced aesthetics. She also has branched out to permanent makeup and received her microblading certificate with HD beauty. With expertise in advanced skincare and a commitment to personalized care, she specializes in helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Whether it’s addressing specific concerns or enhancing natural beauty, she’s here to guide you on your journey to healthier, happier skin.
She loves making people feel good in and out of the spa as she has been in the hospitality industry for a while. Asides from working Zena enjoys getting creative such as painting and cooking, traveling, and finding the best new restaurants to go to.
Jordan’s passion for aesthetics led her to join Lipstick Empire in 2024. Her journey began in high school, where she began her career in the beauty industry at a cosmetics store. There, she developed a keen interest in skincare, prompting her to pursue further education at MC College in the Clinical Aesthetics program. With courses ranging from skin resurfacing to laser hair removal and advanced facials, Jordan honed her skills and knowledge. Now a part of the Lipstick Empire team, Jordan is excited to share her passion for the beauty industry. She is dedicated to helping people feel confident and beautiful, making a positive impact one person at a time.
