Justine Martinson has been a Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician for 18 years. She opened her first spa in Edmonton in 2011, at just 23 years old, before going on to pursue a career in dermatology, working alongside one of the leading dermatology practices in Canada. That deep, hands-on industry knowledge has made her a respected leader and a sought-after advisor in the medical aesthetics world.
Justine founded Lipstick Empire in 2013 as a cosmetic consulting company, then set her sights on something bigger: a brick-and-mortar spa in the heart of Edmonton, stocked with the most advanced lasers and skincare on the market. In December 2015, she launched Lipstick Empire Laser Spa. It’s her life’s work and her passion, and that commitment shows in every detail of the experience her team delivers today.
