Microdermabrasion is a more gentle form of Dermabrasion and affects the top layer of skin, making it ideal for treating mild scars, and pigmentation issues, and reducing the appearance of fine lines.

What’s included in this facial?
This treatment uses a Diamond Microdermabrasion Tip to exfoliate and suction the skin and remove stubborn blackheads and clogged pores while exfoliating. The tip of the tool that we use is more gentle than classic Dermabrasion devices resulting in less irritation, damage, and downtime to heal.
After the skin has been exfoliated your Aesthetician will perform a facial massage, and extract any stubborn dirt from the pores. Once the skin is thoroughly exfoliated you’ll receive a hydrating and soothing face mask, décolleté massage and a custom serum will be applied.
Minor redness to the skin will be visible but shall dissipate within a few hours.

When will I see results?
Lipstick Empire’s Microdermabrasion treatment is gentle, requiring no downtime and offering instant results. Immediately following the procedure, you will notice a more radiant glow, with improvements in the evenness of skin tone and texture. The skin may be slightly pink after the treatment, but you will be able to resume regular skincare and makeup application immediately.
How often should I get this treatment?
We recommend a series of 3 treatments, spaced 4-6 weeks apart—or 4 times a year at the change of seasons. Microdermabrasion pairs nicely with other treatments and can be used to enhance results, as Microdermabrasion encourages the products that follow to penetrate deeper into the skin.
