Thomas is our newest member of the lipstick empire team.
Thomas knows Lipstick Empire from both sides of the front desk. Before joining the team, he was a longtime client himself, so he knows firsthand how exciting (and sometimes overwhelming!) navigating treatments, skincare and memberships can be.
As our Beauty Concierge, Thomas loves meeting new people, building genuine connections and helping clients find treatments that actually fit their skin, their goals and their lifestyle. A skincare enthusiast himself, he’s always been drawn to the beauty and aesthetics world, and loves learning about the treatments, products and little rituals that help people look and feel their best.
For Thomas, the love of beauty doesn’t end with skincare. Fragrance is another one of his obsessions, and he has a soft spot for fashion and personal style, so there’s a good chance a conversation at the front desk turns into comparing favourite perfumes, talking skincare, or complimenting your latest outfit.
Outside the spa, Thomas is usually spending time with his dog Henry, his family and friends, trying new restaurants, or thinking about where he wants to travel next. He loves discovering new places and experiences, whether that means exploring a city halfway around the world or finding another favourite spot right here in Edmonton.
